The app will automatically create a passcode that allows you to log in anonymously into the app to follow the case's further updates, such as messages or answers.

The app doesn't require you to share any personal data (e.g., name, surname, e-mail, phone number) to report an issue. Alternatively, it generates a unique passcode before completing the case report and shows it to the user. The passcode must not be forgotten as it will be needed to login into the app to be able for the user to follow their case's further updates.
